Our Approach
At Edward Mackay, it is our policy to resource our contracts with directly employed staff and modern, company-owned plant, which minimises the need for subcontracting and plant hire. We also have a number of approved supply chain partners to supplement our resources for more specialised operations should they be required.
This approach gives us greater control of the works with regard to safety, quality, cost, timely completion and client satisfaction. It also allows us to respond swiftly to changing situations and remain totally project focused, enabling all issues to be properly addressed.
